  2. Proof of residency such as utility bill or U.S. post-

  3. References (number of references varies from

    Foreign DL are acceptable.
  5. Proof of Income.  Pay stub with year to date is
    excellent, other is also acceptable.
  6. Down Payment.  Based on excellent credit score, it
    can be 0 to 30% down.
